How We Work

Our Build Process

Building or renovating your home is one of the most significant things you'll ever do. We believe the process should be as clear and comfortable as the result is beautiful.

Why Process Matters

Most Renovation Nightmares Start With a Bad Process

You've probably heard the stories: timelines that double, budgets that blow up, contractors who go silent for weeks. These aren't unlucky accidents — they're symptoms of poor planning and poor communication.

At Dadak LLC, every project follows the same four-phase system. It's how we've built 50+ homes across Bergen County without surprises, without disappearing acts, and without shortcuts.

Phase 1

Consult

Every Dadak LLC project starts the same way: a real conversation. No sales pitch. No pressure. Just a chance to understand what you're trying to build and whether we're the right fit to help you build it.

We talk about your vision — the style of home you're drawn to, the spaces that matter most to you, how you actually live. We talk about your property or your existing home, and what's realistic in terms of scope. We talk about budget honestly, without judgment.

By the end of the first conversation, you'll have a clear picture of what's possible, what it takes, and whether Dadak LLC is the right partner for your project. No commitment required.

"The first call felt different from every other contractor we'd spoken to. They listened instead of just telling us what they could do. We knew before we hung up that these were the people." — Client, River Vale NJ

Phase 2

Design

This is where the vision becomes a plan. We coordinate with licensed architects to translate your ideas into drawings — real plans that can go to the permit office, not vague sketches.

Kosa Dinic guides the design direction: the flow of spaces, the material palette, the architectural details that make a house feel like it was built specifically for you. We review drawings together, refine, and finalize before a single shovel breaks ground.

We submit all permit applications to your municipality and handle the back-and-forth with the building department. In Bergen County, that process can take 4-12 weeks depending on the project and the town — we manage that timeline so you don't have to.

Nothing moves to construction until every decision is made. That's how we prevent change orders from destroying your budget.

Phase 3

Build

Construction begins. And here's what makes Dadak LLC different from every other Bergen County builder: Dragan is on-site personally, every day that matters.

This isn't a company where a project manager you've never met oversees your home while the owner plays golf. Dragan Dinic built his own family home in 2004 and has treated every project since with the same intensity. He sees what's happening, catches problems before they compound, and maintains the quality standard we've promised.

We provide regular updates — progress photos, milestone check-ins, and an open line of communication throughout the entire build. You'll never wonder what's happening with your project.

Our team of trusted subcontractors has worked with us for years. We don't use fly-by-night crews — the people building your home are the same people who built every home in our portfolio.

"Dragan was on our property almost every day. We always knew what was happening. That kind of transparency is rare." — Client, Hillsdale NJ

Phase 4

Deliver

The final walkthrough is our favorite part. We go through every inch of your home together — not to check boxes, but to make sure you're genuinely proud of what you see.

If anything isn't right, we fix it before we call it done. There's no such thing as "good enough" in a Dadak LLC delivery.

After delivery, we stay available. Our clients have our direct contact information and know they can reach us. If something comes up six months later, we want to know. That's the kind of relationship we believe you deserve from the people who built your home.

Most of our new clients come from past clients — people who trusted us with their home and wanted someone they loved to have the same experience. That's the clearest measure of a delivery done right.
