How It Started
We Built Our First Home to Live In It
In 2004, Dragan and Kosa Dinic did something most people only dream about: they designed and built their family home from the ground up. Every decision — from the foundation to the finish work — was made by hand, with intention.
That project became the blueprint for everything Dadak LLC would become. Not just the craftsmanship, but the philosophy: treat every home like it's the one you're going to live in.
Over the next two decades, Bergen County homeowners began trusting Dragan and Kosa with their own most important projects. Custom builds, full renovations, additions, spec homes — each one handled with the same intensity of focus that went into that first home.
